About MindFlow
MindFlow is a card app about having better conversations — and thinking a little more clearly.
What we do
The most valuable things between people often get stuck on one thing: not knowing how to start. A first date goes quiet, a long-term couple runs out of things to say, you and your parents are down to "did you eat yet?", a work dinner turns painfully awkward. It's rarely because people don't care — it's that a good question is missing.
MindFlow turns those good questions into cards: one daily reflection prompt plus 2,500+ conversation cards across ten situations — icebreakers, couples, groups, parents, coworkers and more. Draw one, and you have a direction.
How we design the cards
Every card is reviewed by a real person against one bar: would anyone actually talk about this? We draw on Arthur Aron's 36 Questions, Gottman's Love Maps, Esther Perel's work on intimacy, and StoryCorps' interview method — turning research into questions an ordinary person can use tonight, and cutting anything abstract, rare, or repetitive. Couples cards even come in three depths — Light, Deeper, Intimate — so you decide how far to go.
Languages
Every card and every guide is available in Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese.
